A friend of mine was telling me that a kid or a new hire had a breakdown the other day because he got overwhelmed and they act like they didn't know what was going on like they never had a situation where the kid/adult had a mental breakdown. In my opinion if a new guy started and had a breakdown and overwhelmed that is not a place to be working at. I hope that guy finds a better job where he isn't overwhelmed and I hope he gets a better job
The managers of this company should review all these comments from time to time to see if they improve, sometimes it is not that there are bad workers, but that vices are created and there are other employees who for having many years believe themselves with rights, a manager, A supervisor, a leader should not be paternalistic (have preferred employees) and not have such little ethics where they pass some super strange videos to a new employee, that the person says this if he is an emotional company and when one starts working he realizes of the bad organization that exists, and the sad thing is that one has to be part of that disaster, ATTENTION: it is a horrible company, even if they pay me 20 dollars, I will return to that place.
Horrible Horrible Horrible place to earn a living! Low pay, low job placement/promotion and a terrible brand new management team, however I have worked here for 5 years without any growth and witnessed long time employees leave the company. This is no place to work if you have good work ethic, a family and a future!!!!
