I love this dealership. The customer service is always excellent. The service manager is so nice and helpful. I never feel taken advantage of like I did at other places. I trust my car (baby) to be taken care of without being ripped off.
Jeff was my service manager and did an absolutely outstanding job helping me repair my window after a break-in. Although the repair was costly for me, Jeff communicated with so much clarity and empathy, and worked intentionally to accommodate what he could to make it as affordable as possible. I felt really supported by him and the entire staff, which is what will ultimately keep me returning to this specific location to maintain my beloved Subaru! Thank you all!
Highly recommend this dealership for servicing. I've been going here since 2018 and am always impressed with their professionalism, transparency, and punctuality. Gordon is my go-to Service Consultant, who constantly goes above and beyond for me and my Outback. He seems to consistently offer his genuine advice when it comes to picking potential servicing options; he won't pressure you into overspending for something you don't need. The rest of the servicing staff always treats me with respect and kindness.
Mr. Levy was incredible. I was dreading the process of buying a new car. Mr. Levy not only made it painless, he made if fun. We particularly aprreciate the time he spend AFTER the sale to pair our phones to the car and give us another review of the controls and safety features.
