It is hard for me to over emphasize how amazingly positive our experience was. Beginning with Eric hosting my initial round of test drives, and later being taken care of by Juan, there was an impressive continuity of excellent service. Both representatives exhibited a confident, energized professionalism. Eric knew my timetable was constantly changing, so he was sure to introduce me to his colleague Juan. When my wife and I were ready, Juan impressed us with his courtesy and attention. He thoroughly addressed all of our questions and ensured our comfort at every phase of our transaction. We feel that Juan expertly guided the entire purchase process, slowing down when necessary to clarify or explain. We left, following our purchase, feeling happy and satisfied. My wife and I are impressed at how everyone displayed strong team behaviors. Everyone was enthusiastic about making us feel like VIPs. It is evident that Eric and Juan are passionate about what they do. Displayed at Juan's desk is a pen on which is written: "Do More Of What Lights Your Soul On Fire," which is an ideal we connect with strongly. We are truly blown away with the service provided! I had a slow leak in one of my tires so I took my Subaru in to Hanson. They checked the tire and said there was a nail in it and it would take about an hour to fix. I made an appointment for the next day, Friday. I brought the car in and after waiting for a hour and half I was told they couldn't fix the tire. They would have to order a new tire and it would not arrive until Tuesday. Then on Tuesday I got a voicemail and was informed the tire would not arrive until Wednesday. It is now Thursday afternoon and I can't get an update. I called a couple of times and was told my service rep would get back to me but no one has called. It is getting near to the end of the business day so I suppose I will have to drive into the dealership tomorrow morning in my backup pickup so I can question someone in person.
My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 Subaru Ascent from Hanson Subaru. The experience was positive and without hassle. Juan did a masterful job of explaining all the new safety and electronic features, plus worked well with me to get a price that was right. Ask for Juan if you want the best - he did a great job and wasn't trying to take us. The whole experience was what I was hoping for.
