To date I have not encountered a more customer service committed company, at least not in this industry. Mizael Hernandez and Stillen have gone far and above to earn our admiration and customer loyalty. We had a slight issue with the install of a rear diffuser and all though they obviously did not install it, Mr. Hernandez has taken us under his wing to insure the issue is resolved to our satisfaction. Stillen is not the BEST because they are HUGE, they are HUGE because they are the BEST. Thank you very much!
The tubing they provide with the Tundra tru-air intake kit is too short from the box to the front inlet so I had to go purchase my own. Other than that, the intake is great.
They make very good products. Unfortunately that's where it ends, logistics and customer service is not one of their priorities. I ordered a Stillen intake for my truck. Item took some time to arrive, upon taking an inventory of the contents I discovered the CARB EO# decal was not in the kit. I called and got the run around from a number of different people. I finally got a hold of someone in the warehouse and getting them to mail out a compliance decal was frustrating. They wanted to charge me FedEx rate for decals which was supposed to be with the product. I finally agreed for them to scan the decal in an email and I took it to a local print shop to reproduce the decal and paid for it out of my own pocket. This ordeal spanned over 5 months. Regardless of covid restrictions it doesn't take 5 months to mail out a compliance decal which they should be familiar with because they operate in California. Like I stated earlier, their products are good but I would suggest you go through a distributor or different online store and put in your purchase notes to insure the CARB EO# decal is in the package (for California residents). I can not recommend doing business with this company directly, save yourself the stress and heartache.
They told me my order was good and ready to go, been a week later, contacted them said it’s on back order and they’re barely “making it” I’ve never had a bad experience with anything ever until I decided to order through Stillen or their vendors. Paid 120.00 for 2 day shipping. It’s been 2 weeks and they’re barely making it? What a joke. I’d honestly rate it zero if I could.
