I wirte with the intentions of the NEW property management that we have acquired this year. I have been here for years,many years. They do not take care of the property like the previous people did. They let trashy people move in now,they throw trash on the ground,throw their furniture outside like it's a landfill. Today the dumpster caught fire! We have had calls of suspicious peollel looking into cars at night. They leave trash bags outside their door,let pets go wherever. The new manager says they walk the property but do nothing. I've watched them not pick up trash. I'm embarrassed to say I live here. This is a very nice complex to live in. Tenants are respectful​ and clean. Cooks came regularly. Parking wasn't an issue. Trash wasn't a problem at all. All of that is terrible now. New management sucks!!
