Mick and Garrett were both professional, knowledgeable, and accurate with work estimates. The work time was a breeze, they completed two critical installs/repairs in the same day. I loved how easy talking to them about our home was, as well as the great ideas they came up with for future projects we will need with cost effective ways to update our older home in West Seattle. They always showed up on time, with a smile, and were a pleasure to work with. I found the office staff to be friendly and expedient when booking appointments. I also appreciate that the invoices are clear for insurance documentation. While no one ever wants to need a plumber, they will be the only one I call when I do.

I called on a Saturday afternoon about my water heater going out and they sent a tech to my house the next morning. Their prices are great plus they do fantastic work. I was so happy to be able to have the issue fixed in such a timely manner.

Click. If this punk treats potential $20,000 customers like that he doesn’t need your job.
