Visit Hotel to make sure reservations were adequate for guests during her surprise birthday visit. Associate was kind, professional and gave instructions for the room reservation for the surprise.
The desk area was sticky. The corner protector on the wall was not attached well and fell off as I was walking by and stepped on the nail that was suppose to be holding it. When we turned the TV on it took forever to work. Kept saying it was accessing info. No microwave in room. Had to go down 3 flights to find one and warm our food. By time we got back up to our room our food was cold ! No breakfast served. For the price we paid one would think the place would have been nicer ! Other places I've stayed were less expensive but offered ever so much more !
My family & I stayed here on July 2-4 and it was a good stay. The rooms were clean and nice. The pool was open as well. Staff were nice & friendly . I would definitely recommend staying here.
I have stayed at this property multiple times and it has the type of nice facilities and amenities you would expect from a DoubleTree; workout facilities, restaurant, etc. The staff is also warm, friendly and responsive. But, there were a couple of concerns: 1. The digital door keys rarely work 2. There is a Motel 6 adjacent to the property. 3. I regularly observed people smoking in the front of the hotel entrance, as well as others smoking marijuana in the parking lot, which is not a great way to enter the hotel.
