Second year of having them out to maintain our air/heat units and so impressed with their knowledge, courtesy, response time and pricing. This year we needed a new thermostat installed and Andy explained everything thoroughly so no guessing on my part. Would definitely recommend them and give them two thumbs up!
We had a new AC put in a few years ago (not by Croffoot) and thought we were going see changes in our air issues. We did not and were disappointed that we could not get our house to cool down to where we wanted. Keeping it maintained at even 78 was difficult especially when there was a lot of people over or if it was 105+ outside. Some rooms would be at 78, others at 71, another at 83. We had Croffoot come out to take a look at everything and they immediately recommended some duct changes. Andy showed and explained everything and it made complete sense. The price was extremely reasonable given how much it fixed our issues. Our thermostat was able to easily get and hold at 74 with outside temp at 113, which we couldnt even get to 77 with it running non stop before. Mason and his co-worker did an awesome job. Highly recommend getting them to check out if you are having similar problems.
