We had a warranty recall for the Dexter hub assembly nuts (not torqued properly) on our travel trailer. One of the companies Dexter recommend was Big Tex Trailer World, Norman, OK. Also, since it was due, we had them repack our bearings and grease our zerks. We found the the work bay where the service was conducted clean and well organized and are pleased with the attention Curtis gave our trailer. He took care of all that was requested and, also, readjusted one of our breaks that had auto adjusted all the way out. Additionally he suggested that we replace the chrome caped lugs with solid lugs and add wheel locks, which we had intended to do but never got around to it. After replacing the lugs and adding the wheel locks, he went over a few other thing with us. Curtis and the staff were very friendly. We feel Curtis did a good job at a reasonable price and will take our travel trailer back for future service.

Got a CM flatbed put on a pick up here. By far the cheapest of everyone around they did a great job and we're very helpful. No complaints at all.
I was helped by Megan and my transaction went smooth! She was pretty helpful as was the manager in the other room. I recieved a great price on the trailer I wanted. I called around to every trailer dealership within 100 miles to find out who had the best deal and Big Tex Norman took the cake.
