Charles is always the best and Eve makes everything go perfectly. Charles pays such strict attention to getting all my problems corrected. At short notice he took care of the car problems and checked a few other things and corrected them. He is truly an asset to the Salisbury area. Can highly recommend Autobahn Service Center highly.
I find them to be very helpful with my entire experience. They were accommodating with my availability in dropping off my car, they were knowledgeable immediately to assess my vehicles problems and were honest about how to fix it. They stuck to the quote they initially gave me and spent adequate time with explaining the future maintenance of my car. I will continue to use there services.
This was my first time going there but I promise you it won't be my last they're absolutely amazing, very professional and the receptionist is very polite and courteous. They sent me detailed information about everything that was going on with my BMW and I was really impressed by that. The head mechanic is very very knowledgeable and he went through everything that needed to be done and afterwards told and showed me everything that was done I was very impressed by how much he knew about BMWs. I highly recommend them.
